Welcome to UB Web Care (ubwebcare.studio). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and outline the agreement under which we provide website design, multi-page application (MPA) development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, ads management, AI video production, and workflow automation services. UB Web Care is operated by Mirza Uzaif Baig, a registered MSME entity based in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India (Udyam No. UDYAM-KR-15-0071676).

1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging UB Web Care for services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services & Scope of Work

UB Web Care provides bespoke web and digital development services, including but not limited to:

  • Starter Business Websites: Entry single-page websites designed for local shops, clinics, and professionals starting at ₹999 upfront.
  • Business & MPA Websites: Custom-designed, mobile-first websites structured with clean HTML, CSS, and modern performance practices.
  • E-Commerce Solutions: Online stores with product catalogs, UPI and payment gateway integration, and inventory management.
  • SEO & Performance: On-page SEO structure, semantic markup, sitemap generation, and fast loading speeds.
  • Social Ads & Content Management: Monthly ad campaigns, creatives, and performance reporting.
  • AI Videos & Automation: 30-second product showcases, custom AI chatbots, and backend workflow automation (via n8n and Make).

Each client project is defined by a clear scope agreed upon via written proposal, message, or invoice before work begins.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Terms

All prices quoted on this website or in direct communication are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed:

  • Starter Website Package: ₹999 one-time setup fee for a 1-page modern business landing page with mobile responsiveness, WhatsApp chat, and basic SEO.
  • Standard MPA Website Package: ₹5,999 for the first 6 months of hosting, build, and support, followed by ₹1,499/month ongoing maintenance, or upfront annual packages.
  • E-Commerce Stores: Starting from ₹39,999 for the initial 6 months, followed by ongoing monthly maintenance.
  • Payment Schedule: For Starter Websites (₹999), full payment is due upon ordering or launch. For custom or MPA projects, an initial deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and client sign-off prior to final deployment or credential transfer.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via UPI, direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or official digital invoices.

4. Client Responsibilities & Materials

To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary content, text, high-resolution logos, product information, and photos in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing milestone drafts and providing constructive feedback or approvals within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensuring that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment of all agreed fees:

  • The client owns all rights to the finished website design, visual branding created specifically for them, and supplied content.
  • UB Web Care retains the right to display the completed project, screenshots, and client links in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
  • Open-source libraries, frameworks, or third-party tools utilized in the build remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

6. Hosting, Maintenance & Third-Party Services

Where website maintenance is included in the project plan, UB Web Care manages routine technical upkeep, updates, and minor text/image revisions.

Websites hosted on third-party platforms (such as Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS, or domain registrars) are subject to the uptime guarantees and terms of service of those respective providers. While we build robust architectures to achieve maximum uptime and security, UB Web Care is not liable for interruptions caused by external hosting outages, ISP issues, or registrar dns delays.

7. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Each project includes a reasonable round of design and content revisions during the draft phase as outlined in the proposal. Requests for substantial changes that fall outside the agreed scope or architectural modifications requested after final approval will be quoted separately at an agreed rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UB Web Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services, including loss of business profits, data, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Kalaburagi, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
